Let Dr. Calegan Keep Your Smile Bright
A highly experienced dentist who has provided quality, patient-centric care for over 18 years, Dr. LaJuana Calegan is a welcome addition to the Andover Smiles team. She makes it her mission to listen to the needs, concerns, and goals of each patient, explaining procedures in detail to ensure patients are fully informed throughout the treatment process. Dr. Calegan prioritizes her patients’ comfort in all she does and is committed to making dental visits easy and enjoyable.
Having discovered her passion for dentistry in high school while working as a pediatric dental assistant, Dr. Calegan went on to achieve her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. She then completed an AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency with the U.S. Navy in Okinawa, Japan. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
When she’s not caring for smiles, Dr. Calegan stays active with her two sons and enjoys all things outdoors.

Dr. Steven J. Rinaldi heads up Andover Smiles, which he started in 2004 to fulfill his dream of owning his own dental practice. He received his dental degree from the Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 1987 and practiced with his father, also a dentist, for 13 years. He later moved to Andover and practiced at another local office before opening Andover Smiles.
Dr. Rinaldi has lectured internationally on topics such as cosmetic dentistry, practice management, customer service, and high-tech utilization
Dr. Rinaldi loves keeping up with the latest dental techniques and routinely completes more than three times the required hours of continuing education. He has received training in occlusion, periodontics, prosthetics, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Rinaldi enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as playing tennis, golf, and basketball. He is well known in our area and enjoys being active in the community. He has coached youth sports and was president of the Andover Business Association.
