Refer a Friend
How does the referral system work?
If you are an existing patient, simply have your friend mention your name when they call or present a referral card during the check-in for their new appointment. With either method, you will receive a $50 credit toward your upcoming dental services or a $25 gift card.
How do the referral cards work?
It’s easy! The next time you’re at our office, grab a referral card, write down your name, and pass it along to your friends. When they come in for their appointment and present the card, we’ll handle the rest.
Do I need to have a referral card to participate in the referral system?
No, you don’t! While referral cards are a convenient option, your friend can simply mention your name when checking in for their appointment.
Do I need to be an existing patient to participate?
Yes! The referral system is only available for existing patients when they refer new patients.
When will I receive the credit or gift card?
The credit will be applied to your account, or you will receive the gift card by email after your referred friend completes their first appointment.
Are there any limitations to the referral program?
There is a limitation of “one per household.” This means that if you refer multiple family members or individuals residing in the same household, you are eligible to receive a $50 credit or $25 gift card.
Can I cash out the $50 credit?
No, the credits are non-cashable and can only be applied toward future dental services.
Can I share the credit with my family or spouse?
Unfortunately, once credits are applied, they are non-transferable.
Is this referral program for a limited time only?
Yes, the referral program is subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of Andover Smiles.

Share a photo or video showcasing your experience and tag us @AndoverSmiles. You will be entered in our monthly drawing to receive a $50 credit toward dental services or a $25 gift card.

Are there specific guidelines for the format of the photos or videos?
Yes! For optimal visibility and aesthetics, we recommend high-quality content with good lighting. Additionally, it must be posted on the feed and, if possible, add us as a collaborator for a seamless feature.
I want to be featured, but I’m not sure what to post. Do you have any examples or suggestions?
Absolutely! We’re here to help. You can post a selfie capturing your dental experience, ask our team to take photo or video content during your visit, or you can even create a short video documenting your experience. If you’d like, we can provide you with some examples for inspiration.
